Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Before The Booth (“the Service”), operated by Before The Booth (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Before The Booth, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Before The Booth offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro Plus). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new paid subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Refund requests should be sent to support@beforethebooth.com. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the Service, impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Before The Booth. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Before The Booth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Before The Booth is a tracking tool and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@beforethebooth.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
