License Grant

Before The Booth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service, or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Before The Booth name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Before The Booth. The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all data, text, images, and other content you upload or enter into Before The Booth (“Your Content”). You grant us only the rights necessary to provide the Service to you — specifically, the right to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the application. We will never use Your Content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or claim ownership of it.

Open Source Components

Before The Booth is built with open source software components, each governed by their respective licenses. Key dependencies include Next.js (MIT License), React (MIT License), Prisma (Apache 2.0), PostgreSQL (PostgreSQL License), Tailwind CSS (MIT License), and Lucide Icons (ISC License). A complete list of dependencies and their licenses is available in the project's package.json file.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
